suggestions for deploying reports on intranet

Hi. I'm looking for a good product to put live data reports on our intranet. I am looking for something that will make it simple enough for non-IT people to design and post simple reports, as well as doing more complicated things with a little work. I've looked at Intrabuilder already and it is far too complicated (not to mention the fact that it seems to be more geared towards data entry as opposed to reporting). I also need to have the ability to get simple criteria (dates, customer types, etc.) from the requester of the report at runtime.
