Be advised, that powersoft has an ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE customer support line. It is common to be put on hold for OVER ONE HOUR. I didn't believe this, and so I tried it myself and waited 55 mins before I had enough. Register your complaints to the manager of technical support....
