TSReorg from Platinum / Database 'standards'

Does anyone out there have any experience with the TSReorg product from Platinum Technologies? I'm running v5.x and v7.x on RS/6000 AIX servers. This is not an inexpensive package; and before I spend thousands of your taxpayers dollars, I'd like a couple of 'warm and fuzzies'. All responses - good or bad - are welcome. Also, I've posted this before, but does anyone out there have a database 'standards' document they can share (naming conventions, data type preferences, frag. preferences, etc.)?
