SET EXPLAIN output file for OWS 7.22 on NT?

Hi people, I'm trying to use the SET EXPLAIN option to work on some queries on my WinNT OWS 7.22 server. I can't find any reference to where the query plan is place. No evidence of an sqexplain.out file, or anything like that. Anyone have any idea what to look for or where this is placed on NT? Ciao Fuzzy :-)
