Need Advise/Suggestions

Hi, We are right now comparing the following solutions and we need advise from experienced/learned: Oracle with Web Sybase with Web Informix with Web Our platform is Sun-Sparc-20 with Solaris-2.4. Size of Data is not very much(Less Than 100M) but main importance is about: Gateways to Mainframes like IBM/Unisys machines, Reliability, Speed (After expansion to Sun-Sparc-1000/2000 & upto 4 cpu & one or more servers for Web/Database), Query's are very simple but they will in very large volume.
