Apologyze , INFORMIX Miami Support

Hi Informixers! I have recently posted some personal comments about the technical support from the Latin American Headquarters, I have just met the Engineers at the CALL CENTER in MIAMI, all of them are High Quality Engineers working hard to solve the large Latin American Continent's problems. They receive many cases daily most of them are solved in less than 24 hours, So I feel just bad about what I have posted because now that I have met them, I saw the great job they are doing there. My customer's last problem is now solved, (They Solved it in a Test Environment), So I just wanted to apologyze here in public, I know I will continue work with them as a TEAM.
