The two biggies are no Parallel Query stuff and no Enterprise Data Replication
(although you still get the Publish/Subscribe form of Data Replication)
in OWS. There are some other minor bits like no onmonitor. There was a rumour
that OWS could not be run on more on more than a 4 processor machine, but I'm
unsure if this is was(is) a licensing or a technical restriction.
