You'll need more memory, and maybe more disk, but you can probably remove the Novell file server with NT. This is sure to complicate your life, but it is a viable solution. It could be more simple or more complicated, but you should check it out. I like NT for being close to UNIX and future client/server. BTW, get the MKS tool kit if you get NT.
