SE, Online and ESQL/C Info

I am trying to get registered in some training classes since Informix is new on our site. I've been web-surfing at their training site, but I'm not sure what I need in what order. We're running a large turn-key application and I want to have a good handle on managing it. I have licenses for SE, Online and ESQL/C and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what exactly the difference is between them and how they relate (or don't relate) to each other! I've been doing relational "stuff" for several years and I can get to my data with sql but I feel the need to learn more about how we are set up and how to manage the environment!
