Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Here, The app tries to either send or receive a message to/from
the server which does not respond.
This usually means that the OnLine server has been shutdown or
crashed.
Check OnLine is online, not in quesicient mode which does not
allow new connections or down. Also check that the app is
connected to the database server. ESQL/C programs can do weird things
like disconnect from the database server. This would required extra
debugging code to be put in the app by the programmer to log what is
happening.
Possibly the app tries to talk SQL to the database server
after disconnecting / before connecting.
