Syed,
The standard way to obtain the structure and not the data of a database would be
with the dbschema command, which can then be run with the new database name.
However if you want to capture and duplicate the setup of all your dbspaces,
extent sizes, fragments and that sort of thing, you probably need to check out
Art Kagel's myschema script on the iiug repository.

Subject: How to duplicate a database
Dear Friends,
I would appreciate if someone could tell me how do I duplicate a
database (all objects)? what is the exact command to copy the current
database into a new database? I tried with dbload but its not working, I
just want the structure without data. For example, if I have database
called db_1 I want to copy the whole structure into a new database
called db_2 without data.
Your help much appreciated.
Syed.

but you have to be careful with dbschema command if you use triggers.
they will still have reference on original database, and you have to
edit it manually.
