It has "first row optimization" and "select N rows", along with many other improvements and feature request features. While I have this on pretty good authority, this does not constitute an official announcement from Informix. I will, through the offices of the IIUG and my role at Informix, try to provide all the information that I can about upcoming products and features. I can authoritatively say that at the Informix Worldwide User Conference the Informix Product Management response to Tim Schaefer's wish list was enough to leave even him speechless.
