HELP: Problem rolling back from 7.22 to 7.13.

This is an urgent request so any help counts.

We lost some tables from our production db ( ver 7.13 UC1 ODS ), a=
nd=20
so I took our level 0 backup ( ontape -s ) to do a restore on our =
dev=20
m/c ( 7.22 UC2 ODS ). I re-installed the 7.13 version in a differe=
nt=20
directory on the dev box, re-set my INFORMIXDIR AND PATH env=20
variables, and proceeded to do the ontape -r.
I got an "initgls error -23101"
this is funny since this is an 7.22 error message. It seems like i=
t is=20
running a 7.22 version.

I checked that the ontape being run is the correct version.
Here is some more digging up that I did ( don't know if it would h=

in understanding the situation )

DB_LOCALE and CLIENT_LOCALE are blank and have always been so. Do =

need to set them to something ??

According to the Informix Migration Guide ( V 7.2 , Pg 4-6 ), I ra=
