Informix is *buying* the rights to remarket 4Js product. 4Js still the owner and maintainer of the tool. THATS a GOOD thing!! Informix still focuses on RDBMS development, while they have a tightly knit partner. THis is what Oracle did with their applications. They licensed a product and slapped their name on it.
