Are you running any virus-checking software (McAfee, Norton Anti-Virus, etc.)? When I tried installing on my machine, it took 45 minutes if the virus-checker was running, but only 8 after turning off McAfee. An associate tried installing it on a home system with a different virus-checker and had similar lock-up problems to what you describe. These were Win 95/98 machines. Mark Collins mcollins@us.dhl.com
