MS SQL/Server --> to --> Informix

I have a mid-size Microsoft SQL Server database that I need to port over to an Informix database. I don't know how to do this. Can anyone offer me assistance ? My exact scenario is this ... locally I'm using a SQL Server database, and I also have a remote location that is using Informix. I would like to port the SQL Server db over to Informix, and then send that once to the remote client. Then, I would like to replicate the SQL Server db at my local server, and then somehow just send the updates/replicated data to the remote location, and then those changes/updates be applied to the Informix database. Is this possible ? Can anyone steer me in the right direction ? Thank you.
Hi Keith, Try WinSQL Professional at http://www.imranweb.com/freesoft. You can use this tool to create schema and transfer data to Informix. You will have to convert any stored procedure, views or triggers yourself. Thanks, Imran.
