OnLine 7.20 problem

We have Informix ODS 7.20 UC2 on machine: HP9000 K260, HP-UX 10.20. The onconfig was copied form onconfig.std to the new and names were changed. The ROOTPATH is a cooked file. I initialized online 7.2 oninit -iand database engine not started. I get the following in the log: 15:10:16 Event alarms enabled.
