Installation Problem "ASF"

I got an problem when starting the Informix server. Because I have not installed the current version (7.1.x) and I cannot ask the responsible person, I want to ask the Informix community: After typing "oninit" the message appears: "Fatal error in initializing ASF with 'ASF_INIT_DATA' flags" asfcode = -25580 I've not found an explanation of ASF in the manual.
