tbload core dumps

See below for versions etc. I'm trying to re-build by database server with sensible naming conventions. I've done a tbunload to raw disk. When I try to reload the data the tbload crashses with a core dump after a few seconds. Any ideas? Alternatives (I've already thought of dbexport/dbimport, but this is a 10GByte database server and I've only got 24 hours.
