We have run into several problems you should be aware of, however. 1. If you exec to a new process, your sqlexec/sqlturbo will not shut down unless you call sqlexit; 2. Unless you have the very latest version, fgl_end leaves a file open (I believe it is a .iem file that the 4GL opens), so if you exec, you will gradually build up the number of open files (bug #39870); 3. There has been a memory leak in popquote (bug #39868). We are close to receiving a patch from Informix for items 2 and 3. I do not know if they are fixed in the 6.02. If you are on SCO 3.2.4.2, you will have to ask for a patch, as Informix won't create a release past 6.01.ud4 for that platform. John Prideaux alastl@ix.netcom.com
