One Business Management System that is working in similar types of businesses is SouthWare Excellence Series. This software has a Service Management Series that will do the Services tracking that you need. There is a Job Cost Module that may be effective if you do large projects with extended times on the projects. Inventory and Sales is also a strong section. All total there are 28 modules. It runs on anything from a DOS PC thru RISC and Mainframe computers with easy migration up the scale. A further description is at http://www.excelco.com/swinfo.html There is a form at that site that will allow us to analyze your needs and help us to design a solution for your company. This is a complete business management solution and not an adaptation of contact management. john mosier
