Some of you may have read my earlier posts regarding corruption of our OnLine database that occurs simply by performing a level 0 archive followed by a full restore. The last fix from informix was to make sure we were runing the version of OnLine for SCO3.2.4 - we had been running an OnLine engine for SCO3.2.2. OK - we've now done that and we still have the problem! Using tbcheck to ensure our database is ok we then perform the archive and restore cycle. Tbcheck then shows data errors and index errors that it is unable to repair. -- Paul Mahoney, X-Act Solutions Limited smail: 20 Shipley Lane, Cooden, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3SR email: ptm@xact.demon.co.uk ... pmahoney@cix.compulink.co.uk phone: +44 424 3 6368
