No. But you can have the SELECT/INSERT part of the UNLOAD/LOAD statement in
a variable string.
For example:
DEFINE
unload_str CHAR(512),
load_str CHAR(512)
LET unload_str = "SELECT * FROM ", tablename CLIPPED
UNLOAD TO "FileName" unload_str
LET load_str = "INSERT INTO ", tablename CLIPPED
LOAD FROM "FileName" load_str
