Declaring Host Variables with STRUCT

Hi Netters, I was trying to declare the following in an esql/c file and I get a syntax error. struct temp { char t_l[15]; char t_f[15]; }; EXEC SQL BEGIN DECLARE SECTION struct temp temp1; EXEC SQL END DECLARE SECTION This does not work. Is there any way to work around this other than the following: EXEC SQL BEGIN DECLARE SECTION struct { char t_f[15]; char t_l[15]; } temp1; EXEC SQL END DECLARE SECTION The reason I want to use the first method is that I have existing structures which have many embedded STRUCT and I do not want to have to redeclare these in ESQL/C for a second time.
