Dear Chris Dornsife Thank you for your answer. I did the following step : 1.make the IUSR_xxx as Informix-Admin's member. 2.login IUSR_xxx and ran regcopy and restart system. 3.I'm sure the environment of Administrator is correct! but it didn't work as before! Could you please teach me more about your experience? by the way, how do I know the value of CLIENT_LOCALE is correct or not? my CLIENT_LOCALE is set to EN_US.8859-1 Thanks in advance!
