The problem with this is the return address is rarely valid. The thing to do if you are using sendmail (most UNIX boxes do) is to add an entry in /etc/sendmail.banneddomain or /etc/sendmail.banneduser. Obviously the first will ban a whole domain while the second will ban a particular user.
