Individual database backup/restore

Does anybody know what the best way is to is the setup Informix so that I can individually backup and restore databases on an Online 7.14 UD1 engine is without restoring the other databases as well. I have about 20 or 30 databases and splitting them up into there own dbspaces is just not a practical option. Thanks in advance -- Kevin Page Turnpike evaluation.
