To answer the problem here it was not not down just disabled. It had an
hex code of 2005. Being it was a TEMP DBSPACE, we reinit the instance
and restored. Of course the hex code of 2005 is not explained in Books!
I believe we caused this error trying to init a second instances of
ONLINE! Anyway that's how it got fixed.
