I'm not aware of any such functionality. When we needed to do manuals a while back, we tried out various utilities. There are hundreds of shareware screen capture utilities (and obviously commercial ones, too!). There are some graphics class libraries which might have this functionality, or if you have the inclination the MSVC4.1 is supposed to have something useful in its MFC (assuming you're running 32-bit Windoze). <erk> If you *do* come across something, let me know...thanks!
