Error Inserting Data

Has anyone ever seen the following: Your program is going along inserting a bunch of concatenated SQL insert statements ( not using bound variables, unfortunately ), and, in my case, always on row 32702, an error occurs ( -242, -101 ) {"[VENDORLIB] Vendor Library Error: Could not open database table (informix.ean_category). ISAM error: file is not open."} Of course, the table should be open, and has been for the first 32701 rows. In this case, the client and server run NT4.0 with Informix clients that shipped with 7.22C1. The DBMS server runs on NT 4.0, too. TIA
