I assume your configuration has one page cleaner assigned? If so, that is completely normal. The page cleaner process is actually another copy of tbinit. On BSD based machines, a process can alter its argv[0] value, and the change shows up in the ps listing; on System V machines, changing argv[0] does not necessarily show up in the ps listing. Tbinit changes argv[0] to tbpgcl, but on many machines, ps still shows it as tbinit. If you ever get a transaction rolled back because the sqlturbo dies unexpectedly, that is done by a copy of tbinit which sets argv[0] to tbundo (and that change doesn't always show up in ps either).
