Dynamic-4GL on NT question

I'm trying to understand the requirements for allowing users to run D4GL on an NT server. If a company has the configuration of an NT server and several Windows 95 PCs connected via Microsoft for Networks and TCP/IP, is any additional software required for those users to run the D4GL application? Or, do they require purchasing an "rlogin" product for NT such as Ataman? The manual is not very clear as what is required there.
