Check in $INFORMIXDIR/release for a file ONLINE_7.1? which contains a
section called "Machine Specific Notes". If KAIO is not supported, it
should be listed there. Also, I noticed problem #29649, in SERVERS_7.1:
29649 WHEN USING KAIO THE PIO & LIO VPS ARE UNNECESSARILY WOKEN UP
Note that I am running OnLine 7.10UC1.
