Don, 28 oninit processes may be a little out of the ordinary but nothing to be concerned about yet. How many VP's did you set up for CPU, NET, AIO and some others I can't think of at the momtent? onstat -g sch should tell you something about each one. Also, do have more than one OnLine instance on your box? ON my box I found 21 oninit procs. There are also 3 instances, so each one has only a few oninit procs.
