RE: Upgrade from 6.02 to 7.20

I'd expect the files to be bigger what with GLS etc. Have you changed to OS as well? Informix are also very good at fixing things that aren't broken but don't operate as per their spec, the one that caught me out was the reordering of the processing of after row/fields etc. They also downgrade some errors so that they are now warning such as the casting of INT to SMALLINT, non numeric to char etc. So you code no longer falls over but continues to work but without the correct values. -----Original Message----- From: chuden@my-dejanews.com [mailto:chuden@my-dejanews.com] Sent: 10 March 1999 14:20 To: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: Upgrade from 6.02 to 7.20 We have upgraded our Informix.
