fgl_lastkey and fgl_keyval

This is my first message, sorry if it is lengthy. I am running OL 4.1.UE3 on an RS6000 using AIX 3.1 When calling fgl_lastkey() after a one character PROMPT, the value of the right arrow key (RA) is 2018 (should be 2003). My problem is that the RETURN key as well as the standard keys, A-Z, 1-9, etc., also return 2018. I have no way to distinguish the RA from those keys. Left, up and down arrow keys return the correct fgl_keyval numbers. The termcap entries are correct (ex. a wy370 entry: kr=\\E[C: ). Tech Support has given me an routine to map keys but it misses what I need. This example (rchtrans) is an internal function that would remap the RA (2003) to RETURN key (13). keys() { struct kd { char *tnums; char *knums; refers to a particular key (ex. "kl","kr") char *tlabs; char *funckey; short *chtrans; predefined constant for a key (2018,2001) char *keylabels; }; extern struct kd keystable[]; keystable[rchtrans(2003)].chtrans = 13; } I need to be able to reference "knums" to identify the key I need changed such as (if it existed): keystable[rknums("kr")].chtrans = 2003; Any ideas or am I dead in the water. If you made it this far, thanx for your patience. -- Phil Lacivita First Albany Corporation 41 State Street, Albany, NY 12207 (phone 518-447-7908)
