Re: HELP HyperScript/Wingz

We have been able to do this in Wingz so I assume it will be the same with Hyperscript Tools. I believe at startup a default spreadsheet will be opened. the first thing you need to do is CLOSE the worksheet opened on startup. Then you can use the RUN SCRIPT command to call whatever code you want to execute. his code can open a spreadsheet and do whatever. Example: ======================================================== DEFINE exec_path CLOSE NOW IF (FILE("/usr/omc/f_area/gns/getenv")=0) MESSAGE "Environment set up incorrectly, can't find getenv process" QUIT NOW ELSE GET EXTERNAL "/usr/omc/f_area/gns/getenv" exec_path = getenv:get_env("GEN_EXEC_PATH") RUN SCRIPT exec_path&"/Gen_mn_ui.scz" END IF ================================================================== Now to startup Wingz (or hyperscript Tools) you can rename the title bar with the -title option. this would best be put in a script. Example: cd $GEN_ROOT Wingz -title "Application Name" -noLocking -background white \\ -selectColor blue $GEN_EXEC_PATH/StartGEN.scz & Notice that this calls the Hyperscipt function outlined above.
