I-Net 4.1 Installation

I hope someone out there can help me with a little problem I am having installing I-Net PC 4.1 on my Gateway 2000 486. Today we received the new Hyperscript Tools product, and have successfully installed it. The problem we are having is when we install I-net. We choose the Network configuration (FTP PCTCP) and enter our serial number and key. Our serial number is registered for 2 users, and after entering the key we get the message " The Serial Number and Key You have entered is for more than one (1) user. The Install Program could not find a server name. Please Try Again." We are not sure what the install program is looking for at this point, and yes we have RTFM and called Informix support who haven't diagnosed the problem as of yet.
