HELP With 4GL for Windows

Hello All Has any one else had a problem with 4GL for Windows ignoring the syscolatt and val tables and just compiling forms without any validation or display attributes. I have been trying to get an answer out of our Sphinx Levell V since the 23rd June. The history of the problem is 411.WC1 had memory problems and had problems with UK dates 411.WD1 was installed goes slower but does not have the memory or date problems but ignores SYSCOL etc. I have a trade show next friday in Eire where at this rate I am going to have to show a unfinished product. All I ask for is products that work, nearly a year after the launch of a tool is this to much to ask!. If I had know what a mess 4GL for Windows is I would bought something else and not spent the last 6 months debuging someone elses tools.
