Upper -> Lowercase name conversion

Does anyone have / know of a tool that can convert names from Upper-case to mixed-case? Ie: JOSEPH KORMANN -> Joseph Kormann We thought about the obvious, but then we get into odd-names... SUZIE VANDORN -> Suzie VanDorn and we thought about a dictionary for the odds, but that might be too intensive. Any suggestions? Thanks, Joseph
