Using CASE tools with NewEra

Hello! o I would like to reduce the development time programming with NewEra. I thinking about using a CASE tool. I realize that NewEra was developed for enterprisewide applications, but not for RAD development. I hope NewEra 3.0 improve this issue! o There is someone using any CASE tools with NewEra? o I heard about CADRE, how much this tool does for me?
