REQ: Problem with onstat -u / onstat -g ses

I´ve got an HPUX 10.20 / Serie 800 Server with Informix Dynamic Server 7.30 UC6. My SHMVIRTSIZE is 32k and onstat -g seg shows that I have just one Segment. When I try an onstat -u or onstat -g ses I get the Error: >Changing data structure forced program termination< during the execution. The Table syssession is fully accessible. What can I do? What is the Problem? Please help me! THX a lot, TB.
