Hi, We have recently upgraded informix from 9.4 FC5 to 10.0 FC7. Everything is working great but my developer realized that fgldb file is not in /informixdir/bin as it used to be. I have fglexcopy, fglgo, fglpc files. I am not sure if we forgot to install install4glrt during installation or we installed it but it didn't install properly but it is not there in bin directory. My question is can I again install that piece even though IDS_install is installed and everthing is fine? If I install install4glrt again, I shouldn't have to install IDS again. Right? HP-UX 11i is our platform and informix version is 10.0FC7. Please advise. Thanks for your help. Sunita Raina
Sunita, If you don't have the option of creating two different informix directories (one for the development tools and one for the database). I would suggest you reinstall your development package and then reinstall IDS. Since the database engine is newer and files maybe shared it would be worth the time to do so. Hope this helps. Eric B.
