If it realy is release 3.3 it isn't an sql database. That was the last
release prior to sql. As far as I can remember that had no dbexport
program.
On the other hand if you have something called sqlconv it sounds like
you have sql. May be you have their first sql-release now but they had
release 3.3 and it was upgraded.
The programs you mention (bcheck, dbload...) are supposed to exist in
some separate directory. As far as I can remember they used to link
tham into /usr/bin at the time, but find the original install
directory. That should be a separate small subtree of directories
where all Informix programs where first installed. If you find a bin
directory in there list all files in it. Similarly from a lib and/or
etc directory. Also list other files that may be interesting.
If the tree isn't too large you could list all files (may be use du to
do it).
Post this list an we'll see.
May be someone else here remember more than me about these old tools.

I have non, and it probably wouldn't be leagal. There are other ways
though. Start with the above first.
