I think that the above list looks good to me, although you may want to add a group for Illustra, and rename langauges to either programming or tools. I think it would be really nice to get the job postings out of the discussion groups. I don't think that c.d.i.dba should be explicitly confined to dba issues on the Online engine. I think the number of us SE users would limit the amount of "noise" that you would see while leaving us a place to discuss SE Administration.
