Although I don't consider it a really "good" workaround, what I've done in a similar situation is to call a function in the BEFORE FIELD control block of the variable you want to wordwrap that pops a window and uses wordwrap in a simple INPUT BY NAME. Then returning to the array input, display whatever part of the long string that will fit. This works ok for new input, but for modification of existing data the user would still have to move within the existing text as required. Allowing WORDWRAP in an INPUT ARRAY is an existing feature request, I believe. ================ Dennis J. Pimple Informix CSE / Denver
