Hi In my old Newera 2.x programs I used a textbox of type ixtextbox and inserted text, which when separated by a \\n, would result in [enter] being pressed. ie, the \\n had the same effect of an [enter] key press. If you design a textbox using NewEra3.0 and in the text property you enter "This is a \\ntest", you will see "This is a test" listed in the textbox. However, if you call the InsertText(NULL,"This is a \\ntest" function, instead of the \\n, I receive a strange character (depending on the font I am using) Did anyone encounter this problem ? I've tried replacing the \\n with ASCII 13 and ^M but got ASCII chars instead. David
