I would like to thank all the nice people that had the decency to flame me personally rather than post to the news group and waste bandwidth.....but for those of you so called DBA's, you were once an inexperienced college graduate (most of you anyway), some company had to hire you and train you. I was only attempting to find information about the software before I had the interview so that I could know the individual software before I talked to them. I asked for information on the informix group, there was no information posted, so I simply asked, those of you so called 'real' DBA's that have nothing better to do than mail me flame mail, get a life, you aren't challenged enough! I know this sounds like everyone that mailed me flamed me....but they didn't there were a few people (3 so far) that sent me a web address, I would like to thank everyone that was kind enough to answer my request with what I requested so Thank you! I always had respect for the 'experts' on each newsgroup, this happens to be one that I would have to say is: unfriendly to newbies! Psycho
