Just have Oracle export the data to ASCII Delimited format or ASCII fixed field/record length format and you can use the DBACCESS load built-in command for the Delimited format or the Informix DBLOAD utility for either format (DBLOAD requires you to write a script describing the input file and INSERT commands but can read from and insert to multiple files/tables).
