Hello. My name is Federico Zoufaly. I am a computer science Ph.D. student at the University of Florida. I am currently starting my research and I need help from the DB community. I am doing research on trigger usage in databases. As part of what I want to do, I need to take applications and translate them so that they can take advantage of triggers. By doing this I will be able to derive some performance comparisons on the two solutions. What I need is a collection of real world applications to work on. I am looking for applications written in C/C++ with embedded SQL statements. We do not need the data, just the applications and some sample date to make them run. If we need more data we will generate it at a later stage. The research is fully approved by the University of Florida CISE department.
